Due to the retirement of a valued team member after 29 years of service, we are now recruiting for a Franchise Support Manager to join our senior team.

🚀 About the Role

You’ll be working closely with two other members of the management team and our Franchise Support admin staff. We’re looking for someone with strong commercial and financial insight, along with an entrepreneurial mindset to help us continue growing and innovating in the driver training sector.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Oversee driving school finances, including budgets, performance, forecasting, and P&L oversight
• Produce detailed monthly company reports
• Ensure correct and timely submission of trainee licence paperwork
• Support the onboarding process for new franchisees
• Assist franchisees with industry-related queries
• Collaborate across departments to ensure profitability and productivity
• Lead on credit control and invoice tracking
• Monitor and enhance customer retention systems
• Oversee staff recruitment, training, and development
• Ensure legal and procedural compliance
• Act as a customer advocate to resolve issues and maintain satisfaction
• Deliver CPD Zoom sessions to franchisees
• Serve as an industry representative on behalf of the company
• Act as a keyholder and uphold operational standards

🙋 What We’re Looking For

• Motivational, organised, and detail-oriented
• Previous management or team leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of company operations and customer service
• Experience in financial oversight or accounting
• Experience in the driving school industry (preferred but not essential)
• Confident in presenting, problem-solving, and supporting a diverse network of franchisees

🕒 Working Hours

Monday to Friday: 9:30am – 5:30pm
